As you wake up in your morning - someone out there is waking up in another reality.

They wake up in discomfort,

stilling having their abusive parents alive, or they are experiencing past memories over and over again, or

they are awaiting other people to hurt them as well - so other people do, and you might be one of them.

 

These are the people I try to see - maybe you see them as well?

 

When I walk outside I know you are out there. You who carry deep suffering.

You will for always be different,

but there is nothing wrong with you even if it feels that way.

 

When people grow up being abused they loose their own sense of value - they loose the sense of who they

really are.

 

Baby - you never loose completely the ESSENCE OF YOU.

You still have yet so much to become.

 

People act strange. We all are STRANGE and that’s a matter of fact. We all have our habits, our disbeliefs and beliefs about our lives and others. 

We all have sunshine waiting inside of us all - just waiting to burst out of us… for some people, it takes their whole life.

Let's talk about... LOVE!

Let's talk about... LOVE!

 

When I say `Let`s talk about love` don’t mistake me for wanting to talk about one single relationship.

I want to talk about the relationship YOU have with the world -> with our animals, our plants and other

beings… Love is the bond between a mother and her child, the priceless bond between a father

and his child. It is absolutely YES, even this is not the main topic of today - your journey in life starts out right here. Maybe you have lost your mum and dad? Maybe you have foster parents who loves you unconditionally, maybe you have not experienced love from your own father and mother. Whatever is the case for you - it has formed you in so many ways, we still got a choice though… We can meditate over earlier happenings that has learned us different patterns and ways to behave in certain circumstances - we always got the choice to CHANGE! The choice is yours of course.

 

The other day I wrote a little about how I am a firm believer that meditation and changing

your thoughts will help your life a better one - worth living and ENJOYING every day - 

and as I do a lot of posting, making pictures, and all the others things that I do - I don’t `write it out` when I’m not blogging 

<- maybe that is just another reason why so many people like to blog? Well, there was one tiny part I left out when I was mentioning how we can change our way of thinking 

(<- that is self love) and how I firmly believe this can change our world if we let children MEDITATE in school. I did not mention this: 

All they things we talk about that shows no love!  <- What do I mean about this?

 

We talk about our problems when we come together, we talk about each others pain - or at least hold focus onto someone we know are going through something. 

Why do you this to yourself? Out of habit someone will say. I also know someone who tells me they are negative. 

What if your really positive… I think about this person saying this to me… because how can such a `negative` person be so aware of they are not being positive?

In the deep of ourselves… we can discover we are good listeners, that we are beautiful just they way we are,

we can find out we are talented and so on - if we stop our negative self talk from the inside

and start talking about what is GREAT about ourself instead! 

Being positive is also one little detail I left out. Yes, it is good to really BE and FEEL positive, what is not so good is when we try to be positive when we really feel like crying. 

If we withhold our own feelings we don’t allow ourself to be real ( we should always aim for being real as then the right people will come into our lives) 

one more thing happens as we are trying to suppress our own feelings ( a part from finding out WHY we do so in the first place, has someone ever learned you there is something wrong about crying? 

MEDITATE and find out why) when we are suppressing our own feelings we are being very restrictive to ourself and like that is not enough we stop the LOA ( Law Of Attraction) as we are in deep 

 

resistance of what is going on with ourself. We are trying to escape the NOW, so in some sort of form we are giving ourself a minor form of anxiety - that will come back if you choose to sustain this pattern

Throughout my journey of life ( and I`m not half way through this life yet, YEJ!) I have seen myself be at both sides, yes I talk about either having a negative mindset where you think mostly about lack - this means your thinking about what`s missing in your life, what your missing out on, always wishing for something better to come along, not feeling like you never ever have enough and so on.

 

When being comfortable, peaceful and happy - that`s where you have created the positive mindset to follow you throughout this life. Negative versus the opposite

( the latter one is quite more simpler to explain, I could have easily just stop there, but let`s go on) your HAPPY wherever you are because your mostly appreciating your life no matter what the circumstances are showing you what to belive in ( don`t belive all bad things happens only to you, look for the joy - it exist for you too!) because your `vibing high` you don`t get upset so easily, and you most certainly not go falling of your heigh horse. Oh no, yes sir! Or high heels... oh yes girl! You say YES to the most of life, and should you fall of your prestigious horse in my fairytale writing ( or high heels) then you will soon rise back up again, you will dust the dust of your shoulder, sew that fabulous fabric back on tighter and firmer around your brave shoulders - held just as high as once, before the flew off... ( but your not on cloud nine) your happy with life, and you accept life is not always going perfectly - but it seems to be working out just perfectly fine...

I see life in their eyes. Thank you world for all those caring people who pick up those who

easily could be let down ( perhaps some of they has been, and ended up sick giving up on themselves) Thank you life for giving me the possibility to explore life wherever I go. Some must travel far not knowing they could experience the same feelings - dreaming about it, looking for it in their environment or in a new way or just by celebrating life with a new stranger they meet a long their way to fulfillment.

 

Thank you God. Your my religion, just like it`s everybody. You don`t belong to me, you don`t judge me, yet you don´t make me any better than anyone, still I find pleasure in you God. Your the nature, your the animals, the people that I meet, your life in every leaf, your the breath of my summer and you have given me life, so I`ll try my best - yet I know you will forgive my mistakes for I will continue on doing them, yet not become them. I am forgiving of myself that way. I know that your a God filled with love. You don`t care so much about religion, what we call you by name or not… You care about everyone of us seeking out our inner light and when we are trying not to fight. Yes, people makes mistake, we all can choose to learn from them, grow and be better. We can feel upset and angry, but let`s not stay there. While the poorest man on the street is in fact the rich one, stressing around ( okay, in his fab suit) about all the WORK he has to do in a matter of time, to make more money, to pay for his house he never get`s a rest in - while his back due to stress is getting more and more hurtful... Once upon a time in a not so fairytale - like world I was this girl who suffered.

 

READ ON TO THE GOOD PART

 

 I suffered at a point when my world was nice - why you ask? Because my body had taken a toll on what`s been going on earlier on. Breaking out of years living with violence in a neurotic environment was a solution to all my continue - and on going troubles... I thought. My body did not agree. Story short told - I ended up not being able to walk.

 

What had happened to that person filled with so much LIFE? - I asked myself

 

I knew back then I had the ability to energize an entire room just by walking into it ( after all Im sensitive, you too? GREAT) but my body was screaming... I continued on, filling my cup in one way and at the same time ignoring the

 

REAL ME.

 

We are all beings inside. We are a soul, we are just a single spark of light, but as I dream at night - I see we can make a change... we just might.

 

I AM NOW AWAKE

 

I was not so aware of my own inner being, not taking good care of my body screaming... so my inner being made my body shut ( almost) completely down. Now all these past terror, these horrible memories could no longer be hidden. They rised to the surface... into my thoughts... No longer could I train them a way or just move my body rapidly to get rid of them. If you are out there... ( and I know you are) you who people say move to fast, talk to fast... Have you ever considered you are leaping into dimensions? Your probably a lightworker, a sensitive soul... you are the worlds cure - so you have to move fast so you can transmute all of the troubles of this world. Back to me, here I was stuck in a body filled with aches... I started to listen.... to my PAIN. My thoughts were poisoned - people had taught me I was no good, circumstances has shown me I had every reason to be afraid and extremely critical... I was now this terrified human, not able to be myself in a very sick body, because my mind was no longer filled with all the things I loved to do ( all this loving thoughts that also made me push away memories that needed my attention) I could no longer ignore my screaming body... My body wanted to heal... and my soul wanted me to show myself who I was.

 

Now I can learn my knowledge to you...

 

Because, as I slowly got better I started walking, and I started to realize I had a lot of baggage holding me far away from my dreams - hey, did I have any left? I saw in the mirror, glanced at a girl who could not hide she had neglected her body. I started to dream about a healthy body... and a healthy mind...

At first I had to acknowledge I  did do this to myself. I did listen so much to my pain and others that I ( almost) forgot the real me.

 

I AM A HAPPY SOUL!

 

I started to see how my THINKING was making me ill. One thing is this - how can we think we are healing if we are telling others and/ or ourself   (even worse)  that we are feeling sick, having pain/ will never get better...?

 

My thinking was no good, so I am not the one to judge ANYONE. I also realized those who carry deep pain in their body, heart and soul.... they are on their way. They may look like they dont care to much about their looks on their surface - but since I did became quite fit ( if I may say so ) after my teenage years  I truly did see how life can give us some challenges to remind us of who we truly are...

 

In this day...Remember you can grow, let your experience in this day make you EVEN STRONGER than before.

 

We are not our looks either. I started to see the real me... and I came in contact with my own breathing - making my restless brain fall to rest. I could suddenly speak slowly, I noticed how people would listen to me. I learned from this... how people who are taking a slower and more quiet approach to life... can get the impression others are stressed when talking fast or/ and moving at a faster range. Beforehand I never did understand why someone got P###ed at me for moving rapidly.

 

How could I

when I never knew how they felt?  

 

My thoughts finally started to make me deal with past experiences - and my body got more ill.... as i tried to work harder - the more ill I FELT - and the more I worked.

I refused to be sick

wanted to be... everything Im not today - like everyone else.

I`m human ( yeah, really) Life can upset me sometimes. Ever felt down? Been upset? I`ll bet you have.

 

BREATH!

 

Why? Breathing brings us to the NOW, so it`s quite scary...

now we can`t live in the past, nor either in the future.

All we have in this moment is really the now, so the best way to enjoy it is really to

 

BREATH!

 

Yep, it can seem hard, but why? - you ask. 

 

`I thought this breathing would make me feel better as I`m now living in the present moment?`

 

You could feel this way, but if you have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression +... or have been living a life in discomfort for some while... those feeling are about to arrive abruptly NOW. So why should you even bother? Because with time... as you focus on your breathing you will start to notice those thoughts that makes you believe other thoughts like `My life will never change to the better, I might as well give up` or tuff thoughts like `Im no good, my parents don`t like me, so why should I, or anyone else for that matter?` all this negative self talk will not all at once disappear... but as time flows by... you will start to notice have annoying it is to think this way. In fact, you will rather think about `What I did for Mary today made me feel good` and your mind starts a flow with

`I love to think about this. I think I want to do something fun right now. I choose to treat Peter nice this time and see what happens...`

Good morning!

 

I`m about to travel to my grandmother, and I`m honestly a bit tired after taking care of the cat litter box in this early morning. It smells ( STINK ALERT) while my cat awaits impatiently me getting it done `I have to go! Do you really have to use such a long time?!` Pressure on, pressure... then, I loose the #rap on the floor. Yes, I meant rap... I always rap and sing while changing that sweet little box... into a wonderful gift bag of rose pedals and with a hint of scented vanilla ice cream ( not) I change it from almost making me die to... less smelly. Haha, a writer think things out throughly - that was always a hinder when I was working...

 

I want to be honest with you - there are plenty of reasons why I`m writing this blog.

 

A good reason for being honest is not when you `have to spill something` you know that kind of person right? `I just HAD to tell you your hair is a mess right now` ( just like mine was put gently in a scrunchy so I want spook myself the next time I look into the mirror) when you have been trying your best to make a `new style gone wrong` for the past hour and a half!  I`m not talking about that person speaking better about themselves, highlighting they being better than you in any sort of way. You know that person to right? Okey, so I will never look like a cute princess when I wake up, but I`m an honest person. This not mean I will tell you every secret of my life either... Let`s face it - sometimes being honest can frankly be a hard thing to do!

I truly belive this statement of mine. Don`t believe me yet? Hold on. When we are born we are born with the strongest will ( after the period in our fancy diapers, and it`s all about being pampered, cuddled and taken care of) the little child is stumbling around, falling, and trying. Never, EVER giving up. Standing up.Falling and trying all over again. It`s more likely that we give up on ourselves when we become older ( I`ll get to this part later on) imagine if we all would give up so easy the first time we started to walk, or our first time trying to crawl or even roll around... we would not have come as far. If you have to feet you can walk on - you are given a magic power - you can move yourself and almost go everywhere ( if not, you should try to astral travel sometime!) So here we are, taking for granted all these gifts. Our hands that can create, a smile that can give deep happiness inside of some stranger... A mind that can change the world ( at least our inner world) so here it all begins. I think life wanted to remind me of my gifts...

 

Today I have been running... I felt so calm. Breathing and meditating as I was running for almost an hour. Several years ago I was running EVERY day. I did not have to think about how to move one leg in front of the other. Short story ( if you haven`t read any other blog post of mine) one day I could not walk. Stress had captured my brain... and my body. For a long time I had been listening to others telling me not to run, telling me I was to thin/ had to much muscles...when in fact it was all this exercising that was keeping me sane!

I had all this energy build up inside ( as I was running from my past ) and earlier on I had struggled with eating disorders and training made me eat. I had to eat... or else I would collapse. I started to focus more on the JOY I got from training, but I must admit my own insecurities lead me to think I should listen to what others were telling me, and now I`m here... to tell you this

You are in deed a force - and before I dive into this one I want to tell you something about my own beliefs about work! At first hand we must define what work is.

 

Work... is that something pushing you to get up at a certain time? YES.

 

Work... gives you plenty to do? YES. Work is something meant only for those with perfect health? ( let`s define perfect health) NO!

 

I guess you acknowledge some of my points, so to take this further into my own perception... I want you to be very patient with me. Here I am writing this to you - in the morning - YOU are in fact the reason I got up. I know somebody is going to read this,  and if it`s just one who read this ( and I guess that`s you?) you should know you are here for a reason. Just wanted to mention that before I continue.

 

Let`s jump back a bit, YOU made me get up this morning, in fact YOU were in my mind as I was taking a late walk yesterday - before I was working on another project I`m soon going to share with you on my youtubechannel.

I know how most people get up - simply because `they have to` and for me this is so wrong. YOU CHOOSE TO!

 

If you are going to wake up, so wake up with a passion

 

If not waking up ( or your moving around like a zombie) maybe you should try to rest a bit more and ask yourself this questions

 

`What is my yearning in this life?

 

What get`s me exited?

 

What do I LOVE to do? `

 

This last question is really what this article is all about - I`ll promise I`ll get there, just hang in there ( even you in your busy schedule... okay?) so let`s move one. Aaah, I know! You have so many things to do, most often times people tend to never leave their work behind. If your sensitive like me this can be a hard one - taking all the problems back home. A quick solution can be to practice this affirmation every day `I`m satisfied with what I`ve accomplished today` - start saying this as you leave your workplace every day. In this case practice do make perfect... Our days, our job places gives us so much to do, what I mean about WORK and having PLENTY to do - is all the wishful thinking and dreams you set into your own personal goals. In stead today (so many of us, for shure I was one of them) are putting our dreams behind. We are schooling ourself, working hard supporting colleagues difficulties, working with making our workspace a more satisfying environment to be in. We are handling every problem handed out to us in a hurry - and always in such a speed. I know someone who don`t feel like they have enough time to take a lunch break - they `have to do this and that` instead, so it happens again - we are taking our worries to bed ( sorry for the rhymes, it comes so naturally) not really relaxing their brain, and while they are asleep their mind is still working on a solution to every problem - and yet, we have to stop `doing it all´ and rather concentrate on the most important things. When we do that, people tend to experience us as calm, as a human with good resolutions and own opinions. It`s really about setting yourself first! Start with those little changes, like saying no without the need for explaining yourself  (this was a hard one for me I must admit) and the easy way to do this is to realize you are giving someone else the opportunity to shine - giving them them space to learn something new! As you start saying no to some things, you may see other things you`ve never noticed before - you were to busy noticing how fun it could be to do the task `Mary always do - and seems kind of slow when she does it` you may now also notice how you can appreciate other peoples work ethics a lot more, you may find understanding and appreciation in the qualities they bring to your workspace - after all, now you have the time to see what them actually are doing when your not speeding around trying to do everything else at the same time.

 

My experience is that my body became sick because I was not doing what I was supposed to be doing. Now as you slow down you may notice some aches in your body, so you start to take more consideration to your own health by slowing down, maybe you notice by this time... you are getting so much more done! You now find the time to dwell and you will find the time to dream about what truly makes you happy at your workspace - that contributes to making you have enough time to rest throughout the day. You can have your lunch and yes.... sleep GOOD in such a way that your subconscious mind can rather work with your own personal past problems rather than just the current ones at your workspace. 

 

When we are trying our best and not feeling we are worthy enough ( that makes us always push on and never hit the breaks) it can be hard to start slowing down, you may find yourself thinking `Why should I? There is to much to do` ...

 

I`m in the belief of thinking... if I can slow down, anyone can... I know certain people out there won`t belive how calm and peaceful I can be, and at the same time, my energy is back working at a hard speed - with something I LOVE. My belief is our world is in a desperate need for slowing down, to many people here in Norway ( your country too, ey?) are working so hard - trying to earn, and never feeling good enough. I know this comes from a place deep within, so many have not yet truly let go of their past, thinking earlier believes are here to last. What I mean by this is that hey have comed to belive that what their parents told was wrong about them was nothing but the truth. We can also adopt different beliefs systems like `Only rich people succeed, I am no good, everyone else is better than me, I am invisible, my opinions don`t count I have nothing to contribute with` and so on. Heck, your friends and other random people may influence your beliefs about yourself too! What is mostly important here and now is that you can change this beliefs about yourself by asking yourself `What am I good at?`Here is my wonderful handwritten words as an example ( now why is it that so many of us thinks it`s okay to diss even the smallest thing as our own handwriting?) Du som er sensitiv er din egen merkevare! YES - akkurat du har ulike forskjeller i din unike måte å være sensitiv på. Jeg har møtt deg der ute som kan skille på hvilken som helst lyd i løpet av sekunder, og jeg har møtt på deg med utrolige evner innenfor matlaging - du sanser hvilke smaker som passer bra i lag - på tvers av hva `normalen` måtte fortelle deg. Jeg har møtt utrolig mange ganger på deg som reagerer ULTRA KJAPT utover det vanlige menneskelige i ulike situasjoner - og dine prestasjoner er alltid like perfekt.

Forskjellene i samfunnet kommer tydeligere frem for den sensitive - den sensitive vet hva man kan gjøre for å skape mindre konflikt mens samfunnet ser sitt snitt til at den sensitive `burde tilvennes det normale`  for det er ikke til å unngå å skjule at man skiller seg ut - og her er stedet hvor den sensitive begår første feil. Den sensitive prøver å gjemme vekk egne storslåtte evner - evner som både kan inspirere til egen fremgang i eget personlig liv og hvem du vil tiltrekke inn i ditt liv... og disse samme evnene er eksakt hva vårt samfunn har et sterkt behov for nå i dag! Hvorfor spør du kanskje? Helt enkelt fordi vår verden ikke fungerer slik den skal i dag. For å gå mer omstendig til verks, vi kriger, skaper frykt, er uenige, blir syke... og alt starter i grunn med enkeltmennesket.

 

Enkeltmennesket er oss alle det - det er oss alle som behøver å bli sett.

 

Vi ALLE behøver å bli sett, vi har et stort behov for å bli verdsatt slik at vi kan finne frem til våres sanne indre evner og det mennesket vi kom her til vår verden for å bli. Vi lever i et samfunn hvor vi tror utseendet er hva som forteller om hvor snilt eller dyktig et menneske er, og er vi så heldige at vi har papirer som noen har skrevet under på med kjapp underskrift så har vi jo svaret vi lengter ett på svarthvitt - nå har du verdi. Først nå har du et yrke... fort det lar seg gjøre at vi tenker at yrket beskriver det mennesket vi er. Vi frarøver oss selv vår egen personlighet, vi gjør som `alle andre` verden har jo alltid fungert på dette viset?

 

Klart dette skaper ekstra vansker med å være sensitiv... en ting er at man selv merker man ikke føler tilhørighet noe sted - i tillegg merker man at alle andre føler en form for tilhørighet i denne ensomme fasaden - hvor vi tenker vårt arbeide er alt, vi tror vi blir lykkelige av penger, av å ha et pent ytre. Vi skaper stor redsel i oss selv, penger er ment å sirkulere rundt, penger er det VI som avgjør om har verdi eller ikke. Vi har bestemt at penger har verdi - og slik er det. For nå. Vi lytter til baksnakket til våre venner og familie om andre vi ikke tør slippe nær  (gjerne en sensitiv sjel som prøver å leve godt i skjul - enda det vil forbli en umulighet! for ham eller henne, eller hen) Vi ser i media hvordan vår verden er, eller gjør vi nå det? Kan det være slik at media finner ut av hva som får mest `likes`? Kan det være media sjekker hva andre vil sponse? Kan det være de ulike mediene hiver seg på med det samme et tema blir populært? JA, SÅ KLART! Vi baserer mye av vår hverdag på egen frykt, vi leser om det vi bekymrer oss for, tenker på det vi gruer oss for, klandrer økonomien og all tiden vi velger selv å bruke på arbeidet vårt - også blir det sjeldnere vi tar oss tid for oss selv. Vi verdsettes ikke og maktmisbruket får fortsette - vi verdsetter heller ikke oss selv og vårt eget selvstendige selskap. Vi mangler fred. Vi må jo bruke vår tid gitt nyttig eller hva? Når vi først så tar oss tiden både kropp og sjel så sårt behøver ender vi opp sjokkerte over oss selv!

 

`Det var så kjedelig og førte til så mange negative tanker denne alenetiden at det er best jeg dra på kino, eller på den nye restauranten for å spise...`

 

Vi blir skrekkslagne når vi får tid for oss selv - for da kommer alt dette innvendige grumset vi har spart på i så altfor lang tid... opp til overflaten! Vi tror dette `ubevisste smusset` av tankjør er det mennesket vi er blitt...

 

Ved å sette av jevnlig tid til deg selv - så kan du få det så mye bedre. Observer dine tanker. Si til deg selv `Der var det en kjærlig tanke` `Dette var en negativ tanke` `Dette var noe jeg så på tv i går` etter en stund kommer stillheten i deg, også kanskje svarene du leter etter om du vil utføre denne øvelsen ofte ( så ofte som det DU behøver) Ved å innføre tid for deg selv og ved å observere egne tanker så vil du finne tilbake til kjernen i deg selv. Denne metoden er kjent av Louise L.  Hays.

 

 

 

En  nærmere beskrivelse av det sensitive mennesket...

 

 

Du som er sensitiv er mer i kontakt med deg selv - du MÅ simpelthen ta deg tid for deg selv. Kanskje ørene dine ikke klarer mer trafikk?  Kanskje du må øve deg på å tolerere flere lyder? Dette er fullstendig mulig. Dette er jeg svært bevisst på selv - og jeg vil alltid søke tilbake til skogen, til meditasjon, til yoga - TIL PUSTEN. Vi som er svært sensitive er fullstendig klar over hva som foregår her i verden, og ikke alltid er vi like klar over hva vi kan bidra med. Vi tenker mer, vi opplever mer av små hendelser, vi er rett og slett MER TILSTEDE. Derfor kan vi oppleve det som svært ekstremt å leve i en verden hvor andre lider - og vi lider for og MED DEM. Du må ikke glemme at DU er din egen MERKEVARE <3

Perfect? Almost nearly...

 

 

Yes, so perfect. Just a perfect life. AHA, you feel the same way too? Hahaha ;-)

Sometimes I end up in a laugh when life seems just to dreadful. I wonder in the middle of the night `will this feelings ever pass?` I sometimes TRY to HARD. Ever felt that way? Yes? No? If not, this is probably not the right article for you, or maybe it is after all :-) I suggest you read on, if not only to read an article from one person in this world - knowing words can mean something. Especially if you are all alone, or at least feel like it. If you are in deep pain mentally, have given up, or gone through something that want you to pull your brains out. I suggest you stay put. I don`t need many words, but you might just need to read them... or share them?

 

Life is certainly perfect - teaching us lessons after lessons. Okay, great! We learn to be more humble, we learn that we truly never can give enough. So when you crumble ( sorry about the rhymes) it is about time to get back up fighting, I know.. this can be SO HARD - you feel more like sinking into this black hole, dig your way out to another planet earth, maybe some nice aliens will pick you up and look after you for a while, let you test-drive their alien spaceship, or teach you how some random green cow can learn to fly the highway high? If not... I believe you should not trust this as a fact, I mean - of course you can DO THIS :-) ... Just first remember you came here to take care of yourself! We people can get so co - independent on other people, and as soon as we do, we can fall into that same old trap of

 

`loving what they love, and doing and living the way OTHERS want to live`

 

So what happened to you, are you just sitting there waiting for something amazing to fall down into your lap? GO OUT CREATE your own reality, this is the right time! Is does certainly NOT feel like it you`ll say? When is ever the right time to do anything? The right time can therefore only be just  about right...

Work schedule

My work schedule is something I want to share with you creative souls out there! Just take a walk ;-) Haha. It`s quite amazing how our brain works with underlying problems ( when we struggle in the middle of a creative process) so yes - take a walk, but let`s get really honest... you got to do the work to create your dream also!

 

Every day I get up and from the night before... I`ve planned what to do in the morning ( mostly) I get things done with a cup ( or two if needed) of coffee - and then I take a LONG WALK. A relaxing walk, trying to let thoughts just surface, then let them move on to the next and so on... At the end of the walk I plan out what to next. First I take the hardest thing, and then one easy one to get done. A little break/ meditation and then a walk... Now I now what to do next.

 

Some days I`ve planned ahead making a move, and while filming I often take pictures. I got a habit of `getting things done` ( or else they don't) so I start to transfer files to my computer and then make the movie. If I`m not happy I tend to exercise a little at home, maybe breath a little.... and then I finish before I train/ or take a fast walk at night. Or maybe a slow walk. I`ve done this so much now so I know what works for me - with that I mean: if I need to speed up a little to either clear my mind or let out tension, or slow down so my mind can cook up some nice things I can create and share with you out there :-) 

 

Often when I walk dreams from the night comes to surface again. I dream about everything I write, and almost everything I`ve ever drawn....! Did you know you can create in your dreams, and therefore capture GREAT IDEAS from everything you have heard throughout your day/ and/ or read?

 

Or is this just me?

Maybe I`ll write how you can try do this too later ;-)

DU ER KJÆRLIGHET.

 

Du har evner ingen andre har og din plassering her og nå er viktig. 

Mine videoer er basert på min livsfilosofi om at det finnes noe godt i alt og alle. Jeg er en skapende sjel som har mye å gi, og fra jeg var liten av så visste jeg at jeg kunne påvirke andre og skape forandring. Verdens barn er min hjertesak. Voksne mennesker i dag er ofte ikke i kontakt med sitt indre barn, og i dagens samfunn så blir mennesker syke når dem påvirkes av stress. Både fordi dem ikke kan sette egne grenser, men også fordi dem ikke kan gripe fatt i tidligere uarbeidede opplevelser.


Allikevel er det ikke like lett å ta fatt i våre liv. Vi er mennesker som påvirker hverandre, og våre relasjoner, familie, venner og ikke minst - våre minner kan være en iboende årsak til at vi ikke klarer å skape det livet vi ønsker for oss selv. 

 

Å sette mål kan derfor virke umulig - det er allikevel ikke det.

 

Ha tro i deg selv. Du kan endre din hverdag, få mer kunnskap, bli mer lykkelig og mer kreativ.

For meg så har disse punktene en tilhørighet. Når vi skaper er vi i kontakt med oss selv, når vi kan vise kjærlighet for oss selv så lærer vi å gi, og vi lærer å motta.

 

Kun ved å endre ditt syn, ved å endre dine tanker så kan du forandre på hele din hverdag.
