Meditation is important too... as a matter of fact - DO IT NOW!

Today I`ve been traveling to Brumunndal - to help my grandmother, and to share some very special news... that I will share with you in a while :-)

 

Today I`ve been thinking about how important meditation has become for me. So many times people get scared when I say the word `meditate`. `Just start with 5 minutes` is something I say... Can you do 2 minutes so work for those five... and can you easily do 5... then try a little more for each time.

Meditation is SO IMPORTANT!. Specially in this days - when people work to hard and get ill.

 

At a bad day it is even more important to meditate - why? - so you don't get sucked into a bad cycle of thinking negative thoughts -  by taking bad choices/ keep on neglecting yourself... and so on...

Remember this:

Sometimes people are so busy in their own minds - they simply don`t have time for you. Maybe they got their own problems? Maybe the don't give you their time. Don't worry! Make shure you give yourself time, even if it means 10 minutes at the train station....

 

At the pictures above you se me. Mostly smiling - even if life has it`s ups and downs. I know how I can affect people with a smile - I know how a smile has worth, but to manage a smile on a hard day there is ONE THING I must share with you out there.... 

 

SIT DOWN AND BREATH! In to your nose, deep down in your belly... Now do it again... REPEAT many times... and do some more nice breathing... Until you feel calmer, and calmer...

 

This can be quite effective :-) 

 

Yes, you must practice this a lot, but sooner or later you can manage to smile like I do... Even if the day can seem challenging. The really great thing about this is - people you often meet suddenly shows up with a smile.... Just as a sweet little reminder.... of how effective and important it is to give a smile. Sooner or later - you`ll be the one needing A BIG PLEASENT SMILE :-)
